Pangea’s Talent Management consists of two major components.  The first of which is the pre-hire component to assist in going well beyond the common applicant tracker. Pangea doesn’t just track your incoming pool of applicants, it provides configurable applications, applies assessments, runs web-based background screening (domestic & international), provides drug test results, and brings your applicant data into your Pangea Hiring Management System.  Your applicant pool enters their own data and your Pangea web-based system continuously pulls that information through every step of the employment lifecycle, thereby eliminating multiple entries of the same data, and condensing every portion of the interview/hiring process into one efficient system.

Pangea is a highly configurable workforce management solution.  GIS will work with you to configure a Pangea system that fits perfectly into your current model.  Pangea's pre-hire component comes standard with the built in Applicant Tracking System, Assessments, and Hiring Management System.  Our eQuest+ platform can be built into your Pangea system to provide a wide range of screening services as well.

Not only does Pangea reduce data entry, it also eliminates the need to learn/use multiple systems, increases efficiency, standardizes the hiring process, and saves a hiring manager’s time. Pangea gives you all of the tools necessary to make an informed hiring decision and reduces your need to continuously return to your applicant pool to fill the same position on multiple occasions.

Once the decision to hire is made, applicant data is pulled into the Pangea post-hire component, built to dramatically enhance a workers entire lifecycle.  The Onboarding portion of Pangea assists in completing legal requirements for new hires as well as company specific tasks (such as supplying an employee manual, company information or resources that will assist them in getting acclimated with their new position faster).  Onboarding through Pangea gets information to new hires quickly and delivers consistent data, so less time is spent as they adjust to their new positions. As an additional option, the Onboarding portion of Pangea also comes with the availability of our COMPLI-9 & EEV technology to electronically fill out and submit new hire I-9 forms as well as electronic Employment Eligibility Verifications.  New hire data will also be pulled into the Pangea Tax Credit & Incentives program to pre-populate tax forms and get all of your allowable tax credits.

After completing the Onboarding process, new hires are brought into the core of your Pangea system.  Your workers are supplied with all of the tools and information necessary to have a long and successful career within your organization.  Workforce Engagement tools allow workers to provide valuable input to improve overall processes within the company through organizational network mapping and surveys.  Performance Management tools ensure that workers are living up to their potential by analyzing their own strengths and weaknesses, allowing management personnel to cross reference results with findings from their own analytical surveys conducted on those workers.  Workforce Planning tools ensure that your organization is prepared for the future.  Your Pangea system can assist in locating talent that needs to be put on the "fast track," or in line to fill certain positions should they become available.  When a key position becomes available, a well trained worker can be quickly placed with the confidence that their capabilities and skills are well matched to the position.
