Raymond Conrad - Owner

Raymond Conrad began his career in 1966 with Hooper Holmes, Inc., one of the first two personnel background services in the country, where he served for 21 years. Mr. Conrad left his position as Vice President of Sales and Operations in 1986 to join Policy Management Systems Corporation (PMSC). In 1996, Mr. Conrad left PMSC as a corporate vice president and purchased General Information Services, Inc. (GIS) bringing with him to over 30 years of experience in the information services industry.

Since its incorporation, GIS has experienced rapid, maintained growth each year under his leadership. Mr. Conrad was honored in 2007 as Ernst &Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year for the Carolinas, a testament to his abilities as an innovator and leader. He continues to have an active role in daily operations, and continues to personally visit his clients each week. It is because of this direct involvement that Mr. Conrad saw the need for a complete workforce management solution that was designed for the customer, whose applicants, employees, and job positions were unique, unlike the canned solutions existing in the market.

Mr. Conrad's vision is to transform the background screening industry through launching a total, integrated workforce management solution that brings the award-winning client service that GIS is renowned for to the hiring and talent management space.

Bryan Mileger - CEO Pangea Division
 
Bryan Mileger recently joined GIS as the Chief Executive Officer of Pangea, our Total Workforce Management Solution.  He has extensive experience in leading software and related solutions businesses, most recently as the CEO of a leading software company in the commercial real estate market. Bryan has also served in leadership roles at EDS and was the CFO of a publicly traded software/professional services company in Colorado.

Paul Miles - Executive Vice President, Pangea Human Capital Solutions

Paul Miles oversees product development and strategy of GIS’ Pangea Human Capital Solutions. Paul brings over 25 years of experience with government-regulated industries to incorporate statistical process controls and statistical process improvement methodologies. Paul has worked heavily in the Human Resource space with companies such as Unicru, Itax Group, Performance Assessment Network, and Deploy Solutions. Paul has assisted these firms in the development and commercialization of products and services designed to assist companies’ sourcing, acquisition, deployment, development, and retention of their employee-based talent.

Johnny Bitar - Chief Information Officer

Johnny oversees all aspects of GIS’ Information Technology Group and development for workforce management software. This includes system architecture and development plus internal and external Web applications. He personally heads up product development for new and existing customers, ensuring our applications are user-friendly and fit their specific needs. Johnny brings almost a decade of experience in leadership roles in the background screening industry with some of the largest clients in their respective industries.

Joe Taber-SVP Pangea Sales

Joe has over 15 years of core system sales and solutions engineering experience with major software and services providers, including a senior sales management position at Computer Sciences Corporation. Prior to his sales career, Joe spent 18 years in Operations, managing a diverse set of business functions for Financial Services firms. These typically included the Finance, IT, and HR staff functions associated with his Operating Groups.

Zach Lein-Pangea Director of Implementation / Support

Zach has over a decade of experience in professional services conducting enterprise level software implementations with Kenexa, Paychex, and American Airlines. Zach holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration and is also a decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
